Carter’s Kitchen

To me, class is important. It’s a quality I look for in my friends, in travel destinations, in wardrobe choices and perhaps most importantly, in restaurants. I’m always aware of class, and just when I wasn’t looking for it- it found me.
Carter’s Kitchen is clean, sharp and simple. The dark leather booths and oak tables give a steakhouse feel.

The menu offers elegant Charleston inspired choices: crab cakes, pimento cheese plates and meatloaf with mashed potatoes.

And did I mention that the potatoes are mashed in a way where the chunks remain. Who doesn’t love that?
